Department of Functional Genomics and Proteomics is a research-educational department of the Institute of Experimental Biology, Faculty of Science, Masaryk University.

It consists of three laboratories:

Analysis of biologically important molecular complexes (ABIMC)

Core Laboratory (CL)

Laboratory of Molecular Plant Physiology (LMPP)

All units of the Department participate in research projects, as well as in undergraduate and graduate education. Moreover, the Core Laboratory provides services in special genomic and proteomic techniques both inside the University, and to regional and international partner institutions and customers.
